1. No Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final)
By purchasing a digital product (e-book, blueprint, or guide) from LaunchYourIncome.com, you agree to the following:
- Digital Nature: Unlike physical goods, digital downloads cannot be “returned.” Once you have gained access to the file, the value has been exchanged.
- Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including “change of mind,” “accidental purchase,” or “lack of results.”
- Trial Period: There is no trial period. Please read the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Exceptions (Duplicate Purchases)
The only exception to our No-Refund policy is a duplicate purchase. If you accidentally purchased the exact same e-book twice in two separate transactions, please contact us at info@launchyourincome.com within 24 hours with your order numbers. We will verify the error and refund the duplicate charge.
3. Digital Delivery (Shipping) Policy
Since we sell digital products, no physical items will be shipped to your home address.
- Instant Delivery: After your payment is successfully processed, you will be redirected to a “Thank You” page containing your download links.
- Email Confirmation: You will also receive an automated email from info@launchyourincome.com containing the download links for your products.
- Account Access: If you created an account during checkout, your downloads will always be available in the “My Account” section of our website.
4. Troubleshooting Your Download
If you do not receive your download links within 10 minutes of purchase:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder. Automated emails are sometimes filtered by your email provider.
- Verify your payment. Ensure the transaction was completed successfully in your bank or PayPal account.
- Contact Support. If you still cannot access your files, email us at info@launchyourincome.com with your name and order number. We will manually resend the files to you within 24–48 hours.
5. Technical Requirements
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary software to open PDF or EPUB files (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Books, or Google Drive).
